Born and raised in Victoria, B.C., Chef Tony’s culinary journey is rooted in family, tradition, and bold, globally inspired flavours. With over 20 years of experience — from Victoria Golf Club to Momofuku — he now leads the kitchen at O&B Catering, creating memorable menus for life’s most meaningful moments.

Chef Kyle Helder brings a grounded, vegetable-forward approach to his role as District Chef, overseeing O&B Catering and The Bentwood at The Second City.
